We were experienced a case of MCLS associated with pleural and pericardial effusion, a rare complication of MCLS, evidenced in 5 yrs. old girl through clinical condition, X-ray and echocardiography. Though the mechanism of this pleural effusion was not well known, may be thought by the systemic factor in the systemic disease such as MCLS. And we made a brief review of the related literatures.

Two cases of methemoglobinemia due to accidental ingestion of DDS was reported. On physical examination, cardiac or pulmonic diseases couldn’t be detected, but cyanosis was remarkable on their lips, cheeks, fingers, and oral mucosa. Authors experienced a case of Cryptococcosis accompanied by eosinophilia in a 12 years 8 months old Korean boy. He was admitted to our hospital due to high fever and intermittent coughing. Lymphnode biopsy showed Cryptococcus neoformans, which was obtained at left inguinal region. And tlie organism was found on the culture of cerebrospinal fluid. Brief review of related literature were presented.
